Your Right of Cancellation (Consumer Distance Selling Regulations)

As a customer (consumer), you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods, provided that the goods:

  • Have not been installed, assembled or modified in any way.

  • Are returned with the original packaging.

  • Are in an "As New" condition.

This right of cancellation does not apply to goods that have had specific modifications made for you.

Sample Purchases

  • If goods are purchased as a sample, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 working days.

  • The customer can order multiple samples but can only return one sample of the specific product code.

  • Samples will be credited with a Store Credit.

How to Cancel and Return

  1. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify the Company by filling in the Product Returns form.

  2. The Goods will not be accepted by The Company until a Return number is obtained.

  3. If you cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Manufacturer at your own cost. The Supplier will notify you of the return address.

  4. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

  5. If you are given authorisation to return goods, you must do so within 14 days, or in the case of a sample, within 5 days.

Refunds

  • Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you, via the secure method used to purchase the goods (except for samples, which are credited with a Store Credit).

  • If you do not return the goods as required, the Supplier may charge you a sum not exceeding the cost for the Manufacturer to return the goods to their original condition.

Business Customers

These consumer distance selling regulations do not apply for sales to other businesses.

Faulty/Inaccurate Goods

  • If errors by the supplier are discovered at any time after the order has been placed, the customer is entitled to cancel the order or return the goods within 14 days of receipt. No further liability can be taken by the supplier.

  • All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated).

  • The customer is responsible for returning any goods for inspection and replacement if faulty, and is responsible for all delivery costs (unless otherwise agreed).
